Authentication
To protect your accounts, representatives will verify your identity using information on file and may send a one-time passcode to your registered mobile number or email. We will never ask for your full online banking password or full Social Security number over an unsolicited call.
Callback policy
High-risk requests (wires over disclosed thresholds, new payees, or profile changes) may require a scheduled callback to a number on file. This matches controls used across U.S. private banks to reduce impersonation fraud.
