Acceptance
By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites. If you are using the Sites on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Material changes may be highlighted on the Sites or communicated as required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & jurisdiction
The Sites are controlled from the United States and offered for use by U.S. residents and certain international visitors where lawful. You are responsible for compliance with local laws. We may block access from jurisdictions where content or services are restricted.
Intellectual property
Sky and its licensors own all rights in the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and compilation of data. Except for temporary browsing copies, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or reverse engineer any portion without prior written consent. “Sky International Private Bank” and related marks are trademarks; unauthorized use is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or scrape content through automated means without permission;
- Use the Sites to transmit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading content;
- Impersonate Sky personnel or other persons or entities.
We may suspend or terminate access, cooperate with law enforcement, and pursue remedies for violations.

Information on the Sites is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation where registration, licensing, or an exemption is required. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, DISCLAIMERS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sky and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Sites, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that federal law governs where applicable. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Sites shall lie in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you waive any objection to venue there.
Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sky regarding the Sites and supersede prior understandings on this subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
