Activate a new card
- Sign in to online or mobile banking and choose Cards → Activate, or call the toll-free number on the sticker affixed to your card.
- Set or change your PIN through the IVR or chip-enabled ATM as prompted.
- Destroy expired cards by cutting through the chip and magnetic stripe.
Replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card
Report loss or theft immediately to limit liability under Regulation E. Overnight shipping may be available for eligible private banking clients; standard replacement arrives within 5–7 business days.
Digital wallet provisioning
After replacement, re-add cards to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay from the wallet app; you may receive a one-time verification text or call.

Use the number printed on the back of your card or your welcome kit. If you do not have your card, call Private Client Service for after-hours card blocking.
