Debit and ATM card activation, PIN management, and replacement timelines.

Activate a new card

  1. Sign in to online or mobile banking and choose CardsActivate, or call the toll-free number on the sticker affixed to your card.
  2. Set or change your PIN through the IVR or chip-enabled ATM as prompted.
  3. Destroy expired cards by cutting through the chip and magnetic stripe.

Replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card

Report loss or theft immediately to limit liability under Regulation E. Overnight shipping may be available for eligible private banking clients; standard replacement arrives within 5–7 business days.

Digital wallet provisioning

After replacement, re-add cards to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay from the wallet app; you may receive a one-time verification text or call.

24/7 card hotline Use the number printed on the back of your card or your welcome kit. If you do not have your card, call Private Client Service for after-hours card blocking.
