How do I reset my online banking password?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. You will verify your identity via email or SMS one-time code. If you are locked out after multiple attempts, call Private Client Service to unlock after authentication.
What is a wire cutoff time?
Domestic wires submitted before the published cutoff (typically early afternoon ET on business days) generally process the same day. International wires may require additional compliance review. Cutoffs are listed in your treasury agreement or online banking help.
How do I place a stop payment?
Stop payments on checks may be requested by phone or secure message. Fees apply as disclosed in your schedule of fees. Stops are not guaranteed if the item has already been paid or converted to an electronic entry.
Are deposits FDIC insured?
Deposits are insured up to applicable limits when held at an FDIC-insured institution. Investment and insurance products are not FDIC insured and may lose value.
How quickly are disputes resolved?
For consumer electronic transfers, provisional credit timelines follow Regulation E when claims are timely. Final resolution depends on merchant and network rules; we will communicate outcomes in writing.
